Mad Dads Philly’s is coming to Roswell Junction, an upcoming dining and entertainment destination north of Atlanta. In addition to cheesesteaks and hoagies, the menu includes wings, loaded fries and plenty of fan-favorite vegan options.

The upcoming spot in Roswell will be the third location of Mad Dads Philly’s, which can be found in Buckhead on Piedmont Road and at the Halidom Eatery food hall.

The team behind Mad Dads Philly’s is Tony and Pamela Sharpe, who opened the concept last November and have grown it with no other partners or corporate backing. The business owners were recently featured on FOX 5 Atlanta’s Good Day Atlanta.

After opening to great reception at Halidom Eatery, Pamela Sharpe said they were interested in expanding to Roswell Junction.

“It will be a great opportunity to continue to grow the brand,” she told What Now Atlanta.

In addition to the same menu offerings that customers have come to know and love, the new location will serve additional Philly favorites like water ice and soft pretzels.

The owners hope to continue growing Mad Dads Philly’s throughout Georgia and eventually, out of the state.

“That’s our ultimate goal,” Pamela said.

Mad Dads Philly’s is expected to open at Roswell Junction this fall. While waiting for the new location to open, customers can get a taste with Mad Dad’s Sauces and Seasonings, including the signature Blueberry Sriracha sauce.

Roswell Junction will feature a food hall with eight eateries, three bars, a 2,400-square-foot patio, games, and an entertainment stage. Mad Dads Philly’s joins previously announced concepts coming to the food hall, including Pretty Little Tacos and Across the Coast Seafood.
