Pretty Little Tacos is expected to open a new location at Roswell Junction. The stall will serve a variety of tacos, from chicken to oxtail to vegan options, as well as dessert tacos.
Michaela Merrick founded Pretty Little Tacos in 2020. The Creole-Mexican street taco concept began as a food truck before expanding to brick-and-mortar locations at Politan Row at Colony Square, Politan Row at Ashford Lane, and on Moreland Avenue. Pretty Little Tacos specializes in birria tacos, a beef taco dipped in a flavorful broth.
Roswell Junction will feature a total of eight food concepts, three bars and a 2,400-square-foot patio. The 12,000-square-foot space is located south of Roswell Square at the former Atlanta Street Baptist Church. The church sold the property and moved to Woodstock.
A groundbreaking ceremony for Roswell Junction was held earlier this year.

This center has had stores open since February. The Publix opened with April. I don’t know that I would call it a new development.
The Taco Bell, Dunkin, and Autozone have been public information for several months now.
