Planning documents were recently filed for a 7 Brew Coffee at 4045 Five Forks Trickum Road SW in Lilburn.

Richard Maddox will be the operator of the location. As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, Maddox signed a five-year development agreement to grow the drive-through coffee concept in Georgia.

7 Brew Coffee is open now in Thomasville, and two more locations are opening soon. According to Google, 7 Brew Coffee in Warner Robins at 4050 Watson Boulevard is expected to be open Sept. 11, 2023, and a Macon location at 1667 Bass Road is set to be open Sept. 25, 2023.

Maddox told What Now Atlanta the Lilburn location is in the permitting phase and should be open by Q2 of next year at the latest, but likely earlier.

Albany, GA-based commercial real estate firm Davis Companies is the developer.

7 Brew Coffee began in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017 and has since grown to more than 100 locations. The drive-through stands serve a variety of specialty and classic coffee beverages, as well as smoothies, tea and energy drinks.
