Building plans attached to the permit application reveal a proposed 18 pedicure stations and six manicure stations, as well as two private wax rooms and two bathrooms. Construction costs for renovations to the 2,887 square-foot suite are estimated at $120,000.

Lavish Nail Bar is setting up shop in Brookwood Hills’ newest luxury apartment complex. Arya Peachtree offers “brand-new, elegantly designed, luxury residences.” In addition to Lavish Nail Bar and The Usual, the development boasts an “incomparable lifestyle” featuring a pool, grand clubroom, outdoor gas grill and bar top seating areas, and a fire pit, not to mention 360° views of the Atlanta skyline.

According to the development’s website, Arya is ideally located between the best of what Buckhead and Midtown have to offer, with convenient access to I-75, I-85 and GA 400, so your next nail appointment will be easily accessible from either neighborhood.

While we await word on when Lavish Nail Bar at the Arya is expected to open, you can find the development online to learn more.
