A luxury nail salon continues to grow in metro Atlanta with a new location in the works in Poncey-Highland.
According to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta, Sugar Polish Nail Bar will be located at 696 Cleburne Terrace NE.
With construction on the space starting soon, the location is expected to open in spring 2024, with a goal of opening before Easter, owner Jaden Tran said.
The space off Ponce De Leon Ave NE was formerly an Allure Nail Bar. The property is in the Briarcliff Plaza Shopping Center, along with tenants like Insomnia Cookies and Majestic Diner and right across from Plaza Theatre. According to the building permit application, the projected cost of construction for the 4,800-square-foot space is $150,000.
Sugar Polish Nail Bar first began in 2018 with a salon in Athens, with a second location following two years later in West Midtown. The salon offering manicures, pedicures and waxing services now has several other locations in metro Atlanta.
According to the website, the salon “takes pride in curating intricate nail art, providing deluxe nail care, and creating an ultimate salon experience while following the latest trends in the nail industry.”
