Real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban has announced the topping off of The Dillon Buckhead, a luxury condominium property slated to be complete in Q4 of 2024.

Located at 2425 Peachtree Road, the 18-story tower will include 144 residences with contemporary designs.

Atlanta-based Integra Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project. It is designed by Atlanta-based architecture firm The Preston Partnership with interiors by ID & Design International. It will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet.
The Dillon also offers three lower penthouse estate levels with 12-foot ceiling heights, one or two private terraces, and spacious owner’s suites as well as one penthouse level located at the crown of the tower with 13-foot ceilings.
Indoor amenities include a fitness center; a room available for private events; a theater room with reclining lounge chairs and a popcorn bar; a speakeasy lounge called The Library; a work-from-home lounge called The Hub; and a game room.
Outdoor amenities include a pool with cabanas, a pickleball court, outdoor gathering spaces, and a dog park.
