Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm, this week announced the groundbreaking of The Dillon Buckhead, a condominium development, at 2425 Peachtree Road. Rising 18 stories in the Buckhead, The Dillon is will offer 144 residences.

Designed by Atlanta-based architecture firm The Preston Partnership with interiors by ID & Design International, The Dillon will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom — most with den — residences ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. Residences will feature a contemporary design with wide plank engineered hardwood floors paired with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The property also offers the upper three floors of “luxurious estate designs” and one penthouse level ranging from 2,500 to just under 3,800 square feet with 12’ ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
One- to three-bedroom residences are priced from the $800,000s and estate and penthouse residences priced from $2 million.
Spanning over an acre, The Dillon’s collection of indoor and outdoor amenities include a social room available for private resident events; a theatre room with reclining lounge chair seating and popcorn bar; The Library, a resident-only speakeasy lounge with planned weekly events; a game room and decorator-furnished guest suites available for private resident use. Outdoor social spaces on the spectacular elevated amenity terrace include a pool with contemporary cabanas, a pickleball court, outdoor gathering spaces, a grand event lawn and dog park.
