The 1970s-themed speakeasy is located in Midtown’s Politan Row at Colony Square. The new event space, called the “Roselight Room,” is being constructed now and is expected to be open in December.

According to a press release, the space will have modular furniture, a light-up floor and a suspended disco ball. The space will be able to accommodate up to 130 guests when combined with the lounge, and catering from select restaurants at the food hall will be available for events.

“Private dinner parties are the most popular event requests we receive for Jojo’s, and although guests can currently buy out the lounge, service is restricted to beverages only,” Will Donaldson, CEO of Politan Group, said in the press release. “Our team has worked extremely hard to make Jojo’s cocktail program a top five offering in Atlanta, and we believe this addition will be very well-received by the community, further proving the concept’s success.”

The Roselight Room will primarily be a private event venue, but public cocktail service will be available on weekends, according to the press release. Politan Row at Colony Square’s Dead Poets Society event, expected to return this winter on Monday nights, will also be held in the Roselight Room with limited seating.

Politan Row at Colony Square opened in 2021. The 20,000-square-foot food hall is made up of 11 dining concepts and three bars.
