Satori Collective sold the six-story property to Bukhari Group Hospitality for an undisclosed price on Dec. 20, 2023. Mayank Patel, senior vice president of Hunter, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller.

The 124-key Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alpharetta-Windward Parkway is located directly off Georgia 400 in Alpharetta. Being one of the largest office submarkets in the Southeast, Alpharetta is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies such as LexisNexis, Verizon, AT&T, Honda, Equifax, Ernst & Young and more. The hotel is also near attractions like the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, Downtown Alpharetta and the mixed-use destination Avalon.

The property offers a range of amenities, including a 24/7 fitness center, outdoor pool, business center and 806 square feet of meeting space.

“It was a pleasure getting to work with Mayank on another transaction and this time on the sell side,” said Satori Collective CIO Samir Yajnik said in a news release. “Mayank’s deep network of contacts and local submarket knowledge allowed him to source an ideal off-market buyer for us. His resourcefulness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the process were instrumental in getting this sale across the finish line.”
