gusto!, the fast-casual concept that started in the Brookwood Hills neighborhood, will open its second Atlanta location at 782 Ponce De Leon Ave NE on Friday, July 8th, 2016.

In celebration of their grand opening, the restaurant will award the first 50 people to place their order at gusto! Ponce with 10 free entrees.

With a combined focus on flavor and speed, ordering takes place at the counter, and a simple three-step menu means each dish is served in no time. Here’s how it works:

#1: Choose a base of mixed greens, brown rice, half and half, or flatbread wrap.

#2: Choose grilled chicken, grilled portabella, or fresh avocado.

#3: What’s your “gusto”?—bold flavor profiles created daily from the freshest ingredients.

Each gusto features three layers of flavor and texture, with a housemade sauce, vibrant vegetables and fruits, and garnish. Examples include: Tahini Cucumber Feta (creamy hummus; cucumber, tomato, & chickpea salad in a white balsamic vinaigrette; feta with dill) and Chipotle Mango Avocado (smoky chipotle cream sauce; avocado, mango, black bean & corn salad in a cilantro lime dressing; fresh jack cheese).

Each order comes with a free side of gusto!’s signature, housemade sweet potato chips. For dessert, guests will be able to cool off in the Georgia summer with seasonal frozen yogurt from Honey Hill Farms, and the drink menu includes wine and local craft beer.

“We’re grateful to celebrate a successful first year and can’t wait to bring gusto!’s fresh, flavorful, and fast menu to a new neighborhood,” said founder Nate Hybl. “Virginia-Highland is an exciting and growing part of town, and we’re looking forward to becoming part of the community next to the Beltline and Ponce City Market.”

The interior of gusto! on Ponce aims to be “sunny and smart” like the original Brookwood Hills location. Design features will include exposed brick, concrete floors, and “gusto! gold” yellow accents.

With the menu available dine-in or to-go, the location will offer spacious indoor seating and airy patio seating, with ample free parking in the back.

gusto! Ponce will be open seven days a week from 11am – 10pm.
