The fast-casual restaurant is planned for 100 Fischer Marketplace Lane, according to construction plans. The space will be about 2,600 square feet. Documents show plans for indoor seating as well as a drive-thru.

The gusto! menu includes a variety of customizable bowls and wraps, like the Mediterranean-inspired Tahini Cucumber Feta or the Chipotle Mango Avocado for Tex-Mex fans, and sweet potato chips as a crunchy side.

Former football player Nate Hybl started gusto! in 2014 to help bring a convenient, nutritious dining option to consumers. There are currently twelve locations of the concept in Georgia.
