The menu will include eight egg rolls, including fan favorites from the brand’s existing location in Alpharetta, like the Philly Boyz and the seafood-stuffed Bayou Boyz. Diners can also get wings in four varieties: Island, Cajun, Bangkok and Garlic Parmesan. The Lunchy Boyz special, available until 2 p.m. daily, will get you a half egg roll, two wings, fried rice, fries and a drink for $14.99.

EggRoll Boyz co-owner and managing partner Maleeka Hollaway told What Now Atlanta they’re excited to bring even more options to Marietta Square Market.

“We definitely expect we’ll be able to reach more people because Marietta Square is already busy, in the heart of Marietta,” she said. “There’s so many people who eat there who are always looking for something different.”

Eggroll Boyz at Marietta Square Market is expected to open next month. The brand has more growth on the horizon, with a third spot already secured. The exact location hasn’t yet been disclosed, but Hollaway told What Now Atlanta that it will be in “one of the biggest tourist towns in the state.”

They are also opening up franchising, in the form of food trucks as well as brick-and-mortar restaurants. Hollaway said they hope to grow to about another five restaurants.

EggRoll Boyz first began in 2019 as a food truck, followed by the brand’s first brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2021 at 5815 Windward Parkway in Alpharetta.
