Clean Juice, the “first and only” USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise, is continuing its expansion into the greater metro Atlanta area.
Franchisees Cile Wilson and Stephen Schrock recently inked a deal to open Clean Juice in Westside Village, at 2260 Marietta Blvd NW.
“Steve and I started juicing years ago in order to lose a little weight and become healthier,” Wilson Wednesday in an email told What Now Atlanta.
“Steve suggested we make it a business, but I knew that a juice bar is much more complicated than it appears. Steve researched juice bar franchises that offered truly healthy options for smoothies and juices. We traveled all over the country, visited several franchises and talked with each corporate office. There was something unacceptable with each one until we came across Clean Juice based out of Charlotte.”
Co-founders Landon and Kat Eckles started Clean Juice in 2016 when they “realized the importance of an organic, plant-based diet.”
The company offers organic açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and other health-conscious food on-the-go.
“Its product is all organic and tastes exceptional,” Wilson said.
“We also clicked with the owners and everyone at the corporate office. I felt we had finally landed on something we could stand behind.”
The Westside Village Clean Juice will be the second location for Wilson and Schrock, slated to open summer 2019.
Their outpost in Sandy Springs, at 6125 Roswell Road, Suite 1050, is currently under construction and is expected to open in April.
Clean Juice has roughly 70 stores in development across the country and expects to exit 2019 with more than 100 stores operating.
Its first market location is housed in Alpharetta, at 2500 Old Milton Parkway.
