The Hawaiian-style eatery joins Zen on Ten, Three Dollar Cafe, and others in the apartment complex.
Arium Westside (formerly known as Tenside) will soon to home to Circle Poke, another new poke concept.
A permit application this week was filed with City of Atlanta to buildout the 1,015-square-foot Hawaiian-style eatery in the apartment complex, at 1000 Northside Drive NW.
The restaurant will be situated in suite 950, according to a leasing representative for the apartment project.
Sean Jung, Circle Poke’s managing director for the Atlanta region, in an email to What Now Atlanta (WNA) Tuesday confirmed the news.
The restaurant is slated to open early-2018, possibly sooner pending how quickly the permits get processed, according to Jung.
Jung did not immediately share concept specifics.
Circle Poke will join restaurants like Zen on Ten and Three Dollar Cafe in Arium Westside.
While the 366-unit apartment complex is “99 percent leased” there are seven retail spaces still available, according to the latest retail marketing materials for the project.
