A new HealthSource location is proposed for the Holly Springs Station shopping center in Canton, according to construction plans. The clinic would be next to Ichiban Buffet.

The scope of work on the 1,920-square-foot space includes new doors and walls, new finishes, new millwork, electrical improvements and mechanical adjustments, according to the documents. Drawings show plans for several treatment rooms and an X-ray room. A recent job posting indicates that the location was in the process of hiring chiropractors for the clinic.

HealthSource is an Ohio-based franchise with more than 300 locations across 41 states. According to a site map, there are three existing clinics in Georgia: Atlanta, Cumming and Milton.

“The brand’s initial focus was working predominantly with chiropractic owners,” according to the company website. “However, recognizing the potential for growth and impact, HealthSource shifted its approach towards attracting entrepreneur- or business investor-minded owners.

The clinics offer chiropractic care, rehab and wellness services with personalized treatment plans.

Construction bids on the new Canton location will be accepted through May 2, 2024.
