Justin Anthony, the restauranteur behind 10 Degrees South and Yebo, secured a lease this week for the former Woodfire Grill space, according to The Shumacher Group.

“The Shumacher Group, Inc. just leased the recently closed Woodfire Grill,” the real estate brokers announced online Thursday.

“Steve Josovitz represented the landlord, and Irving Jacobson represented Justin Anthony of Yebo, 10 Degrees South, and a soon to open Biltong Bar at Ponce City Market restaurant in this transaction.”

Anthony and his team will open Cape Dutch in the space. The restauranteur has secured the domain CapeDutchRestaurant.com for the forthcoming concept.

  1. Sad that their staff has lost their jobs with this closing. It’s disappointing that Cape Dutch failed to stay open long enough to have an impact. I wish the menu had been more authentic.

  2. I loved Cape Dutch so much. I was only able to go once but the service and food left a lasting impression. COVID SUCKS!!
