Ashton Woods this week announced Reverie, the homebuilder’s newest community in the Atlanta-area opening for sale late-2018.
Reverie, on Cumberland Parkway, will consist of close to 300 residences including townhomes, single-family homes, and lofts on approximately 19 acres of land.
The lofts will be similar to the Manor Homes in Sany Springs’ Aria community “combining the loft lifestyle with all the benefits of a master-planned community” and include “important details” such as a drive-under garage for each home.
Reverie will be gated with amenities like green spaces, a community pool, and fitness area.
“Just outside Atlanta, a mere stone’s throw from downtown Vinings, you’ll discover the perfect blend of southern charm and modern-day sophistication in the gated community of Reverie,” according to the project’s website.
“In this exciting, yet private swim community, you’ll fall in love with the lifestyle as much as the location just two miles from SunTrust Park and at the heart of an area known for activities, shopping, dining, entertainment and more.”
Homes will be available for sale in late 2018 with prices coming later this year.
