The locally-owned franchise of the national women’s boutique chain specializing in fast-fashion will open late-spring 2019 and will occupy approximately 1,900 square feet of space.

Lisa Hartley and Naseem Kader make up the married team behind the Halcyon Apricot Lane.

“We are thrilled to bring such unique shopping to Forsyth County,” Hartley said.

“When we chose to bring Apricot Lane to Halcyon, we immediately knew it would be a great fit. The vision for both Halcyon and Apricot Lane aligns to create a remarkable environment that is fun for the customer.”

Lisa will oversee the day-to-day retail aspects of the business and be responsible for hand-selecting local and international clothing brands for Apricot Lane at Halcyon.

All items will be under $100, while most items will range in price from $29 to $69.

A few brands will include Staccato, Lush, Flying Monkey, Final Touch, Dreamers, Promesa, Vero Moda, My State Threads, Rock & Ramble Jewelry and more.

Customers have the chance to earn one point per dollar spent, with 300 points equaling a $15 off coupon, along with other incentive programs.

“As we approach the opening of Halcyon, we are excited to continue announcing exceptional tenants that will add to the overall experiential factor,” Phil Mays, a RocaPoint Partners principal, said in the release.

“Apricot Lane will be a distinctive addition to our tenant lineup that will give the Forsyth County community a shopping experience they will want to repeat.”

Halcyon is currently under construction and will open spring 2019.

RocaPoint Partners and New York-based The Georgetown Company make up the development team.

The retail transaction was managed for the landlord by Steve Yenser, Molly Morgan and Brett Yenser with JLL. Halcyon includes 480,000 square feet of office and retail space, a dine-in movie theatre, a Big Creek Greenway trailhead and extension, two hotels and 690 residential units.
