Leno Joseph, Palm 78 co-owner, told What Now Atlanta that the new location might open by the end of the 2023, but that date is yet to be confirmed. The restaurant will open in a 5,000-square-foot area, which is larger than the location in Alpharetta which only spans 3,500 square feet.
The new location will be at 6025 Riverview Rd SE, Suite 5000, an area that needed a fine-dining establishment that serves steaks and seafood with a “modern twist,” according to Joseph. Todd Semrau of Oakhurst Realty Partners represented the landlord in the lease, apartment building Series at Riverview Landing.
“The reason we chose that location is because I’m familiar with the area and I noticed it’s a very nice middle-class neighborhood where there are young Professionals and new businesses coming into the area,” said Joseph. “The city is doing a lot of investments in that area. So I thought it would be great for us to be at the forefront of that.”
Joseph said that the space at the new restaurant would allow his team to host corporate and private events.
“This is going to be our flagship restaurant. This right here we’ll use as our template moving forward when we do other Palm 78s,” he said.
The new Palm 78 will also have an “extensive” menu with developed recipes such as scallops, rib eyes, lobster, shrimp, sea bass, and caviar, among other options.
