Vice President of Real Estate for Wet Seal, Nick Dialynas, told what now, atlanta? that plans include moving to a temporary location within the mall, allowing for operation during the refurbishment. Yet to be solidified, exact information on the temporary location is unavailable.

With the renovation slowly approaching, Wet Seal has not been able to secure a temporary space because nothing is unoccupied. “Should we not elect to hold off the remodel until a temp space frees-up, the store will need to close during construction,” Dialynas says.

Taking advantage of the upcoming lease renewal, Wet Seal is updating Lenox with their latest retail space prototype.

Located on the third floor across from Williams-Sonoma and vertically across from Bloomingdales at space 303, Wet Seal has two separate entrances. The new format and fixture package will allow for better merchandising and better customer experience.
