According to the application documents submitted to the City of Atlanta, the proposed development will consist of the demolition of the existing block and metal building. The new development will feature the construction of a new 4,375-square foot carwash facility consisting of a concrete paved parking lot, twenty-three vacuums, a public driveway, as well as open space.
In plans drawn by Civilogistix, a .39-acre parcel will be left undeveloped at this time and is not included in the overall project plans. The existing driveway on Chattahoochee Avenue on the south side of the property will be closed.
According to their other wash establishments, the hours are generally between 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
Wash Factory Express has several locations spread throughout the greater Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Buckhead, Roswell, and Stockbridge. Additionally, new locations are also proposed in Duluth and Suwanee. Additionally, they offer fundraising opportunities for qualified community organizations whereby they will donate 30% of all sales made during a three-month period for those that utilize the vehicle wash using a specific code.
