Eater Atlanta first reported the news Wednesday.
LLoyd’s will be situated in The Dickey, a new development from Perry King at 900 Dekalb Avenue between Krog and Elizabeth Streets.
King earlier this year filed plans with Fulton County to overhaul the property to the tune of $600,000.
Ian Jones, co-owner of Victory Brands, confirmed the news in a telephone interview with What Now Atlanta (WNA.)
LLoyd’s, a “dive bar” concept, will offer eats like French dips, burgers, prime rib, and fried chicken on select nights, Jones said.
The 3,000-square-foot space will be situated adjacent a yet-to-be-named coffee concept from the same group.
At one point, Victory was in conversations to partner on opening Nashville-based Barista Parlor at the development.
“At one point we were talking with our friend Andy Mumma from Nashville to collaborate on a shop, however, with both of our busy schedules we were unable to come together,” Jones said.
“Victory will still be creating a yet-to-be-named coffee concept there, and Andy will focus on the opening of his futurist tiki bar in East Nashville.”
In addition to the restaurants, The Dickey will be home to “loft offices.”
LLoyd’s is expected to open spring 2018.
