Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is planned for 11405 Haynes Bridge Road, according to construction documents. The space was formerly occupied by Sage Woodfire Tavern. The restaurant would be nearly 10,300 square feet and include seating for 284 people, according to the plans.

There are 30 Eddie V’s Prime Seafood locations across the country. The Alpharetta outpost would be the first one in Georgia.

The menu includes seafood classics like oysters, shrimp, crab, lobster and calamari, along with steak, salads and decadent sides like a caviar-topped baked potato and lobster mashed potatoes.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is operated by Orlando-based Darden Restaurants, which also oversees Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yardhouse, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and more.
