The Back Nine Golf is expected to open this fall at The Works, an Upper Westside mixed-use development from Selig Enterprises.
The local owners behind the upcoming location are Nick Garrity, Jake Blevins and Chris Tucker, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.
“We feel that our location at The Works will complement other offerings found in the area and will allow those more dedicated players who work long hours to have a quicker, easier option to get swings in between meetings,” Garrity said in a statement.
Garrity is also a franchisee of the fitness studio Alloy Personal Training, with several locations in metro Atlanta.
The Back Nine Golf offers virtual golf simulators with a variety of game modes. The facilities are open 24/7, designed to make golfing accessible no matter the weather or the day.
Founder and CEO Wil Bangerter started The Back Nine Golf in St. George, Utah, after leaving his law career to pursue golf and make the sport more accessible to people. The first location opened in 2020, and they began franchising in 2022.
