The coffee shop and roaster is moving forward with its location in the mixed-use development.
Plans to open East Pole Coffee Co. in Armour Yards, Third & Urban’s partially-opened mixed-use development in the Armour neighborhood of Atlanta, are moving forward.
A building permit application this week was filed with City of Atlanta to buildout East Pole Coffee Co.’s 1,713-square-foot space complete with a 300-square-foot patio in Armour Yards.
An estimated $155,000 could be spent on construction for the café and “public coffee roster,” according to the official plans.
East Pole Coffee Co. was first announced to be joining the Armour Yards development September 2016 when a lease for the space was secured.
East Pole Coffee Co. joins Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q and neighboring businesses like SweetWater Brewing Company and ASW Distillery, in addition to several office tenants – which make up a majority of Armour Yards – like Fullstory, All Steel Inc., and Anisa International, Inc.
The coffee shop is expected to open Spring 2017.
