Sweat EXT Turning Up the Heat at Ponce City Market

The heated fitness studio is opening this weekend in Atlanta, the brand's first location outside of Los Angeles.

Infrared heated fitness fusion studio Sweat EXT will open Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, at Ponce City Market. The new location is Sweat EXT’s first studio outside of Los Angeles and second studio overall.

To celebrate the opening, Sweat EXT will host an open house from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, including free classes throughout the day, and more free classes on Saturday, Dec. 16, and Sunday, Dec. 17. There will be raffles for gift cards and products from HeyDay, Drip Hydration, The Now, Glossier, The Forum Athletic Club and gorjana. Registration is available here.

From the creators of Sweat Cycle, a heated indoor cycling studio, Sweat EXT is a heated fitness fusion studio blending elements of Pilates, barre, yoga, and HIIT into a 45-minute workout. The Hot Room is warmed to 80-86 degrees using infrared heating technology, providing detox benefits. All classes are full body, pre-curated, and open to all levels.

New clients can take their first class for $15, a three-class package for $30, or a two-week unlimited membership for $99.

The new Ponce City Market studio, located next door to sweetgreen, will be open daily.
