Sixty 11th apartments will soon be home to two new beauty concepts.
Sugarcoat and DryBar later this year will open in adjacent spaces in the 12th and Midtown-situated residential highrise, according to an email sent to residents this week.
Peiru Kim, Sugarcoat’s owner, confirmed the news in an email Thursday to What Now Atlanta.
Suite 3, a 5,442-square-foot space, will be split to house the nail salon and blowout bar.
Sugarcoat will be housed in suite 3A, at 60 11th Street, next door to DryBar in suite 3B.
Both concepts are expected to open in fall 2018.
Bulla, a tapas-style eatery on the corner of 11th Street and Crescent Avenue, is the only other commercial tenant in the property.
