A building permit application for a project called Strangers in Paradise describes the scope of the work at the Lee + White mixed-use development in the West End neighborhood near the BeltLine: a bar will be built out in an existing food hall space. According to the application, the cost of construction is $315,000 for the 1,445 square foot space.

A business called Strangers in Paradise LLC was formed July 20, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office. The organizer is listed as Michael Lennox, CEO and founder of Electric Hospitality Group, the group behind restaurants like Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall and Muchacho. Lennox could not be reached for comment.

Best End Brewing Company and The Overlook Boulder + Fitness are also located at the building where Strangers in Paradise is setting its sights. The building is located near the Beltline 0 Mile Marker. Several other Electric Hospital Group restaurants are located along the BeltLine.
