“Spice To Table is finally a reality and I can’t wait to share what I am calling an ‘Indian patisserie’,” Gomez said in the release.

“All of our bread will be baked in house and I am loving how the pastry and flavors are coming together. We are excited to welcome guests over the next couple of weeks for our soft opening, and friends and family, with an official launch at the beginning of August.”

The restaurant is located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward Studioplex development off Auburn Avenue across from the Irwin Street Market, and will be open for breakfast and lunch daily excluding Mondays.

Gomez is the restauranteur behind Cardamom Hill on the Westside, Spice Road Chicken (opening soon at Krog Street Market), and The Third Space in Studioplex.
