Developed by Terwilliger Pappas and managed by Greystar, the six-story apartment building will feature 349 units of for-rent studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and 18 townhomes, ranging from 551 to 1,905 square feet

The “industrial-chic” design of each Solis residence features quartz countertops and kitchens with stainless steel appliances, custom closet systems, balconies, and smart home technology.

“The Westside neighborhood truly embraces its industrial history and offers new residents a lively and sophisticated slice of life,” Solis Interlock community manager Justine Hammack said in the release. “The energy here will be one of a kind with at-home comforts, remarkable resident-only amenities for every whim, perfectly selected fixtures, and modern finishes.”

The complex features an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Midtown skyline. It also features a hammock garden, fitness club, art studios, poolside fire pit, and wine vault, among other amenities. Residents will also have access to reserved parking with dedicated electric vehicle spots.

“People will want to come here to be a part of something that’s set apart from the rest of Atlanta yet close to the city’s hottest restaurants and bars,” Hammack said. “Solis Interlock truly gives you the space to live exactly the way you want and experience your personal urban escape.”

Developed by S.J. Collins, The Interlock is a 9-acre community located on 1085 Howell Mill Road. The community boasts 200,000 square feet of technology-focused office space, 105,000 square feet for retail and restaurant space, 70 townhomes by Monte Hewett Homes, and a 160-room Bellyard boutique hotel with a modern lobby, restaurant, and bar.

The temporary leasing center, located at 1115 Howell Mill Road, will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday by appointment only.

Residents will be able to move in October 2020. Both The Interlock and Solis Interlock are slated for completion in spring 2021 and plans for Phase II are well underway.
