FCA Partners will finish construction on The Exchange (until now known as Buckhead Exchange) this week, with tenant build-out to follow.

Per a press release, the 4300-square foot Storico Fresco Pasta will open in late SpringYEAH! Burger, located in a 3200-square space facing Peachtree Road, and Kale Me Crazy, located in a 1300-square foot space on the east side of the center, are slated to open this Summer. The Kohler Signature Store is also expected to open this Summer.

Half of the space remains in the 44,500 square-foot center, which FCA says is “ideal for a coffee shop and cafe, soft goods and services.”

The Exchange plans to emerge as an “updated, pedestrian-forward center” with tenants that appeal to “sophisticated, yet contemporary” patrons.

Albert Lindemann, managing partner of FCA Partners, sees a need for “design-forward” spaces in Buckhead, “but at a more reasonable price point than currently available at surrounding projects.”
