  1. Your article includes everything but what your readers really want to know: How much are rents?

I visited the Helios website and found that out of 16 listed floor plans only six had availability.

    No studios were available.

The smallest floor plan with a rental rate was $1470 for 676 square feet (although the main list of floor plans shows it as being 742 square feet).

The most expensive floor plan I could access featured 1213 square feet for a monthly rate of $2170.

Here is the list of all the floor plans and prices that were available when I checked the site:

    The Edison
    1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom
676 sq. ft (says 742 sq ft on list)

    The Carver
    1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom
    845 sq. ft

    The Walker
    1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom
    977 sq. ft

    The Bell
    2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom
    1119 sq. ft

    The Wright
    2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom
    1184 sq. ft

    The Tesla
    2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom
    1213 sq. ft

Are these units priced too high, too low or just right?

  2. Outrageously high rents for the area. You’re not in Buckhead. You’re not in Midtown. You’re nowhere but in the middle of gridlock, nothing to really do in the area other than shopping. And it has the effect of driving up rents for everyone else who lives in the area. It brings in more traffic and gridlock. Just what the area doesn’t need. Thank God I fled the area. Who needs the aggravation of constantly escalating rents and traffic to satisfy greedy developers.
