Atlanta-based Catalyst Development Partners Monday in a press release announced Helios Apartments is now open for immediate move-ins.
The 282-unit community, at 2470 Cheshire Bridge Road NE (at the intersection of I-85), sits at the entrance to the Cheshire Farm Trail, which connects to Path400 and ultimately the Atlanta BeltLine.
“Helios Apartments evolved out of a desire to provide intown residents - ranging from Emory to Buckhead - with ultra-high-end amenities and technological perks that rise above the norm of typical apartment living," Rob Meyer, orincipal at Catalyst, said in the release.
“The community has a very cool edge to the design, not typical, and not really seen anywhere else in Atlanta..."
Helios Apartments, managed by Greystar Real Estate Partners, offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes with finishes that include kitchens with table-sized islands and quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers, Nest thermostats, electronic door locks, front loading washers and dryers and in some cases, separate beverage refrigerators.
All units also feature access to a choice of technology providers including Xfinity Gigabit, Google Fiber and AT&T.
Helios Apartments' amenities include multi-level lounge areas with games and media options, multiple indoor-outdoor social areas including the top floor SkyLounge, co-working spaces, saltwater pool, outdoor fireplace, doggy spa, bicycle maintenance and storage, and an outdoor kitchen with traditional grill, kamado smoker, and wood-fired pizza oven.
Helios Apartments also offers a customized two-story fitness center as a comprehensive training facility with weights, cardio, yoga and spin room, rotating rock wall, virtual fitness training, and group classes.
Additionally, Helios Apartments offers residents package/parcel concierge and dry cleaning, onsite ZipCars, dedicated and airconditioned pick-up/drop-off areas for Uber and Lyft, EV Charging stations, and a bark park on site.
Catalyst is developing the Helios project in conjunction with capital partner, Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (BRG), and is now available for immediate move-in.
