The new location will open its doors on Jan. 20, 2024, featuring giveaways and grand opening specials through the weekend.

“We are so excited to bring this unique concept to East Cobb,” owners Keith and Niki Ginel said in a news release. “All East Cobb and Atlanta foodies will love the Insta-worthy waffle creations, and we look forward to serving the whole community morning, noon and night.”

Press Waffle Co. specializes in fully customizable authentic Belgian waffles, in both sweet and savory varieties. Customers can build their own waffle from a selection of toppings, or order one of the signature combinations like “The House” (strawberries, Nutella, cookie butter and whipped cream) or the bestselling Chicken and Waffles with crispy tenders, bacon crumble and maple syrup.

The East Cobb location will also feature partnerships with local favorites like ice cream and milkshakes from Rock House Creamery, and a full coffee and espresso bar using freshly roasted beans from Cool Beans Coffee Roasters.

This is the ninth shop overall for Press Waffle Co., and the first for the Ginels.

“We had traveled to Europe years ago and fell in love with these Liege style waffles,” they said in the news release. “When we discovered that Press Waffle Co. had brought them to the U.S., we just knew we had to share this treat with our own community.”

Press Waffle Co. has additional locations on the horizon for metro Atlanta, including one at the upcoming Halidom Eatery food hall.
