Shared kitchen space provider PREP is kicking off a new chapter: another location in Atlanta.

The company will be holding a groundbreaking ceremony for its new facility at 1990 Perkerson Road dubbed PREP Atl South on September 7, 2023.

According to the company, Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, Councilman Antonio Lewis, and representatives from the Department of Health, Invest Atlanta and the Food Truck Association of Georgia will be in attendance at the event.

PREP has four existing locations in metro Atlanta. They offer dedicated kitchens, shared kitchens and kitchens for food trucks through a membership program. Members include restaurant owners, caterers and packaged goods producers. PREP facilities can also be found in Texas.

PREP was a key investor and manager of the Ph’East food hall at The Battery.
