Plans Filed for Seventh Midtown 9-Story Boutique Condominiums

Residential building coming to the corner of Seventh and Peachtree Streets.

Seventh Midtown, a nine-story boutique condominium building with 20 residences, is moving forward with plans to open in Midtown.

The Loudermilk Company, the firm developing the new condo building, submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta Wednesday to erect the mixed-use residential and high-rise building, at 867 Peachtree St. (on the corner of Seventh and Peachtree.)

Starbucks, which is currently located on the foot print of the building site, will be temporarily relocated while construction is underway and then will move back in as the corner retail tenant in the building.

Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International began writing sales contracts in May, according to the development's website. The condos start from the 700s.

The building permit application indicates that constructing the high-rise will cost an estimated $1.5 million.

Seventh Midtown is one of 18 residential towers proposed for Midtown to be constructed in 2014 (click here to see all 18 projects.)

  1. The article's author wrote..." An estimated $1.5 million will be spent constructing the high-rise...." Perhaps a typo or incorrect amount as it's way too low for the building's construction cost.

    Thank you for commenting about the $1.5 million figure. That information is from the building permit application. We agree with you all. The construction is most likely going to cost north of $15 million, and the information provided to the city is probably inaccurate. We've updated this article to reflect the source of that data.

  3. I wonder how many people buying these condos for $700k-$1.5M, facing North up Peachtree, will be ok with the fact that their prime view will be a Billboard which much of the time posts Aids testing websites and information.

  4. Can't wait for this to be complete. The new storefront on ViewPoint and the completion of Skyhouse has made that block look sharp. Just need the other side cleaned up!
