A jewelry brand from India is in the works in the heart of Buckhead.
Charu Jewelry Store is planned for 3078 Roswell Road, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The site is at the intersection with W. Paces Ferry Road.
The estimated cost of construction on the nearly 3,000-square-foot space is $400,000, according to the documents. Most of the store will be designated as display space for the products.
Atlanta-based Pimsler Hoss Architects is the architecture team working on the store, according to the plans.
Charu is expected to open this October.
