Seven food concepts are envisioned for The Braselton Food Company in the form of two full-service restaurants and five walk-up stalls, according to information shared with What Now Atlanta.

TPA Contracting would be developing and constructing the building, along with consulting partners Max Design Group and Columbia Engineering. They are currently seeking investors for the project.

One of the endcap restaurants would be 4,500 square feet, and the other would be 2,500 square feet. Outdoor dining patios are planned for both of the full-service restaurants. The individual stalls, for smaller start-up concepts or existing brands seeking to launch an economical second location, would be approximately 600 square feet each.

A common seating area would round out the space. Outdoor playground facilities are also proposed, creating a family-friendly destination.

The exact site of the food hall is to be determined.

“Braselton is growing in leaps and bounds and we hope to be part of that growth,” TPA Contracting President Tom Gooby said.

Interior buildouts of the stalls would be the responsibility of the future tenants, but TPA Contracting would be available to provide design-build services to the tenants.

The Braselton Food Company is the first of several food halls the team hopes to develop in northern Georgia. The project aims to capitalize on the surge in popularity of food halls, bringing the concept to the city northeast of Atlanta.

Upcoming food halls in Atlanta include Halidom Eatery and Politan Row at Ashford Lane.
