It will operate as a full-service restaurant in the back of the food hall and have its own beverage program.

“Mamacita’s is a fun and vibrant Cuban restaurant featuring traditional Cuban food, sexy cocktails and a Miami vibe,” owner Giby Abreu told What Now Atlanta. “We want to offer our guests an escape from their everyday lives.”

He said he visits Politan Row at Colony Square on a regular basis, so Politan Row at Ashford Lane was the perfect opportunity to bring the Mamacita’s Cuban Cantina concept to life.

Other concepts newly added to the food hall include Delilah’s Everyday Soul (Southern soul food), Bucatini Ristorante (Italian food) and Chef Viet (Vietnamese food).

Politan Row at Ashford Lane is set to open this December in Dunwoody. With just over 220 seats and 17,000 square feet of space, it will be the second largest food hall in metro Atlanta, second only to Politan Row at Colony Square. It will also be the only Atlanta food hall with free, unlimited parking.

Previously announced concepts for the food hall include Tandoori Pizza & Wing Co.Gekko and 26 Thai, Pretty Little Tacos, Smokehouse Q and Sheesh. It will also feature a cocktail bar inspired by the success of Jojo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge at Colony Square.

Politan Row at Ashford Lane will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with weekly activations and events.
