Restaurant Management Group, Inc. is bringing its Louisiana Bistreaux restaurant to Buckhead.
The Cajun and Creole seafood restaurant will open inside the recently-debuted Hampton Inn & Suites, at 3312 Piedmont Rd NE.
Fred Delawalla, founder and CEO of the restaurant’s parent company, confirmed the news in an email to What Now Atlanta Monday.
Louisiana Bistreaux Buckhead will debut mid-May, 2019, he said.
The restaurant features Cajun specialties like Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee, Cajun Jambalaya, BBQ Shrimp and, Seafood Gumbo with Andouille.
“We dedicate our success to Chef Paul Prudhomme from Louisiana who taught us the fine art of Cajun Cooking,” according to the company’s Facebook page.
This will be the third location for Louisiana Bistreaux. Existing outposts are in the Atlanta airport and in Decatur.
