Seven tenants were recently announced for Parkside on Dresden, including the new restaurant from local restaurateur Doug Gross. Gross is a musician and a former manager and partner at Kaleidoscope Bistro and Pub.

According to the announcement, Confab Kitchen and Bar is “inspired by the dining culture of Europe,” designed to be “a convivial gathering place designed for people to eat, drink and converse with friends around food, beer, wine and spirits.”

The 3,600-square-foot restaurant is one of three dining establishments at the development that will have a patio.

Set to open next fall, Parkside on Dresden is a four-acre, $70 million project with 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a residential community with 176 luxury apartment units and seven townhomes.

Other dining concepts recently announced for the project include Honeysuckle Gelato, French pastry bakery Café Vendôme, juice bar Clean Juice Brookhaven, Mexican restaurant El Valle and a modern Asian concept called MIRAE. A F45 Training fitness studio will also be opening there.
