El Valle is joining the lineup at Parkside on Dresden, a mixed-use development set to open next fall in Brookhaven.

The restaurant “showcases unique ingredients and flavors prepared with contemporary techniques alongside a wide selection of Mexican and Latin American wines and craft cocktails,” according to the announcement. The space will be 2,900 square feet and include a patio.

El Valle’s first location opened in 2022 at 800 Peachtree Street NE. The restaurant is a concept from Mi Casa Tu Casa Hospitality Group, founded by Luis Damian. In addition to El Valle, the group is the team behind Oaxaca in Chamblee, Hábitat Kitchen & Bar in Buckhead and Casa Balam in Decatur.

Other dining concepts recently announced for Parkside on Dresden include Honeysuckle Gelato, Confab Kitchen and Bar, French pastry bakery Café Vendôme, juice bar Clean Juice Brookhaven and a modern Asian concept called MIRAE. A F45 Training fitness studio will also be opening there.

The four-acre, $70 million project also includes a residential community with 176 luxury apartment units and seven townhomes.
