As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, Switchman Hall is a 45,000 square feet mix-used development project consisting of twelve build-to-suit stalls ranging in size from 340 to 520 square feet at 1140 Ridge Ave. SW (Terminal South Building), according to an application submitted in Atlanta.

The project in Peoplestown will offer a curated mix of dining options spilling out into the former loading dock area, which will be transformed into terraced outdoor seating, says a marketing document previously shared with What Now Atlanta

Issa Prescott, owner and chef, is bringing his popular vegan eatery to the new development. According to Eater Atlanta, Life Bistro is the first restaurant to sign up as a Terminal South stall. The Peoplestown location is expected to open sometime in 2024 and will be a part of 14 other planned restaurants for the project.

The new location will be Prescott’s second Life Bistro restaurant in the Atlanta area. The first restaurant opened in 2016 at 2036 Sylvan Road SW.

The newest location at Switchman Hall will offer Life Bistro’s favorite classics and introduce customers to new food options with a creole twist. The current restaurant is open from Tuesday – Sunday and offers weekend brunch options.

Prescott is also the man behind ATL Juice Company.
