Based on a previous report from What Now Atlanta, CRÚ is slated to be a part of a new mixed-use development in Johns Creek. According to the press release, Toro Development Company (“TDC”) has been really intentional with what type of experience it wanted to bring to the suburban project.

“We have been carefully curating the right mix of chef talent and new experiences for the community, and we are thrilled to announce this first batch of tenants,” said TDC’s Vice President of Leasing Kimberly Goetz. “In addition to these retailers and restaurants, we are actively seeking the best Indian restaurant, fitness concept, steakhouse, and dress boutique, among others, to create something truly special and unique for Johns Creek.”

CRÚ Food & Wine Bar will join the first set of 11 restaurants announced for the area. This will be the third location for owner Patrick Colombo in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. The opening timeline is currently unclear.

Founded in Texas, CRÚ has several locations throughout the state and food and wine bars in Fenton, North Carolina, Lexington, Kentucky, and Denver International Airport.

CRÚ prides itself on providing a top-tier dining experience while also being open and relative to everyone, with weekend brunch options and a happy hour Monday – Friday from 3:00 – 6:00 pm.
