According to construction documents, the new Liberty Village development includes the ground-up new construction of “two retail building shells with multiple retail spaces in each” for future tenants.

The site is currently on a vacant lot off Georgia Highway 211 and Liberty Church Road, in front of an Ace Hardware. The team behind the project is Romo-Pada Development LLC, an Atlanta commercial real estate developer specializing in brokerage, site selection, acquisition and development.

The development will include two single-story buildings: one clocking in at approximately 7,280 square feet and the other measuring 6,615 square feet.

According to a site map, Chipotle, Papa Johns, Chicken Salad Chick and Tropical Smoothie Cafe have already signed leases at the property. Construction plans show a business called “Maple Street” going into one of the remaining spaces, which could be Maple Street Biscuit Company. Several of the restaurants will have patios. There will be an array of parking around the property.

The development is located near Chateau Elan Estates, a luxury home community, and Chateau Elan Winery and Resort.
