Jittery Joe’s used to have a location downtown that shuttered in 2008.
“Downtown Atlanta offers a rich history and personality, making the ideal destination for Atlanta’s first café,” Bob Googe, CEO of Jittery Joe’s, said in the release.
“The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta shares our passion for crafting quality products and experiences for our guests.”
Jittery Joe’s opened its first location in Athens in 1994 and has grown to nine locations. Each outpost features custom décor that reflects the shop’s location, according to the release.
“The Atlanta locale will complement the contemporary lobby atmosphere at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta while displaying the beloved signature Jittery Joe’s chalkboard menus.”
Open seven days a week, the coffee shop will debut a signature coffee blend called Eighty-Four Pour, a nod to the hotel’s grand opening in 1984, as well as a signature coffee drink named The Spicy Maple, each available exclusively at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta Jittery Joe’s location.
