“Our diverse and sophisticated culinary offerings from chef-driven concepts to stylish bars at Signia by Hilton Atlanta, spearheaded by our incredibly talented team, will deliver an unmatched experience in Atlanta,” said Teri Agosta, general manager of Signia by Hilton Atlanta. “Whether guests are dining with us for a big game, seeking a best-in-class breakfast for an executive gathering, or indulging in an authentic Italian dinner, Signia by Hilton Atlanta will offer a variety of options to please every palate.”

The concepts are as follows:

Signia by Hilton Atlanta will also introduce Club Signia, a signature guest experience that gives guests a multitude of extras, including a dedicated Club Ambassador, enhanced room offerings, and access to an exclusive lounge with customized food and beverage options, including chef demonstrations under the direction of Palaima.

At the helm of the hotel’s culinary team are Director of Food and Beverage Jacob Linzey, who oversees all food and beverage operations, including catering and events; Executive Chef Christian Quiñones, who leads the hotel’s expansive culinary team and is responsible for everything from concepts to community engagement; and Executive Pastry Chef Daniella Lea Rada, who leads an all-female pastry team, responsible for conceptualizing and preparing all house-made desserts, pastries, chocolates and more. The beverage and wine programs are led by Director of Beverage Evan Sewell and Sommelier Marvella Castañeda, respectively.

“Signia by Hilton Atlanta’s unique and diverse selection of elevated culinary options are our love letter to Atlanta,” Linzey said. “Paying homage to our city’s history, whether by name, flavors or both, our hotel is sure to become a food icon in the southeast. Our team has thoughtfully curated food and beverage concepts that will provide an innately Southern hospitality experience with regional and local ingredients. Whether Atlantans are dining with us to celebrate a special occasion, or business travelers are here unwinding after a day of meetings, or a sports enthusiast is traveling in for the big game, we look forward to becoming a global dining destination for both the city of Atlanta and travelers from all over.”

Signia by Hilton Atlanta will have 976 rooms, as well as more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space. For meetings and events, the hotel’s event venues blend spaces that encourage congregation with food and inventive drinks. Director of Banquets Michael Woods and Executive Sous Chef Ajay Chaudhari will lead the team.

The hotel features the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia, an outdoor event deck and an outdoor event lawn.
