I love Bell Street Burritos. I have loved them for years. I tell everyone I know to go there. I’m so frustrated with their lack of social media responses to negative situations at their restaurants. I posted about a horrific experience at the Tucker location over the pandemic where I was trying to support local.
I watched the cashier take her gloves off in frustration because she hates them. Leftover food on the tables and no one was wiping down tables (even though BSB social media said they were). A kid standing in the kitchen doorway put his finger to the back of his mouth. I put a VERY detailed message on their social media and got zero response. I wasn’t looking for free food. I love BSB’s food. I want to give them my money. Not sure I can now.
This might have been avoided if they listened to their customers and responded accordingly both in word and in action.
