Hawkers, a Florida-based Asian street food brand opened its doors to its second Atlanta location at Ashford Lane in Dunwoody on Monday, April 24. Located at 123 Perimeter Center West in Suite 300, Hawkers will share the fare of Southeast Asia with its scratch Asian street food.
The menu features a variety of options, including small plates, rice and curry, noodles, soups, sweets, and more. From fan-favorites Seoul hot chicken baos and Po Po Lo’s curry to spicy pad Thai and curry laksa ramen. Guests can also enjoy half-off baos and beers Monday – Thursday from 3 – 6 p.m. Other happy hour specials include $3 off all spirits and $5 small plates.
In addition to eats, Hawkers bartenders will craft cocktails and mocktails with exotic spices. From Malaysian mules and lemongrass mojitos to five-spice old fashioneds and elderflower spritz, guests can find drinks to satisfy any sweet, refreshing, herbal, or tangy craving. A selection of sake, beer, wine, and booze-free options will also be available.
The atmosphere draws inspiration from different Asian styles and mixes sleek furniture, LED signage, pops of color, and natural bamboo elements to create a funky statement. Hawkers will also boast a 1,500-square-foot all-weather patio for al fresco dining. The patio faces The Lawn, Ashford Lane’s signature public gathering space, with firepit seating and lawn games.
“Ashford Lane is buzzing with excitement as Hawkers prepares to open its doors this month,” said Sierra Tuthill, marketing director at Ashford Lane in a statement. “It’s always a thrill when we can add unique culinary experiences to our neighborhood. From the made-from-scratch dishes to the handmade cocktails, Hawkers will truly be an unforgettable experience. We hope you’ll join us for an evening on the town at what is sure to be the hottest new eatery in Dunwoody.”
