Quick-service Greek restaurant to open fifth Atlanta store in Spire building.
Atlanta-based Gyro Bros has plans to open its fifth metro location in Midtown.
The quick-service Greek restaurant submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta Thursday to begin the process on its interior buildout in Spire’s street-level A-1 suite.
The 1,113-square-foot space is nestled on the corner of the residential tower next to Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
With the addition of Gyro Bros, Spire’s street-level retail is 100 percent leased, according to a flier created by The Shopping Center Group, the real estate company responsible for leasing the Midtown residential tower’s retail.
Gyro Bros has locations in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Downtown Atlanta, and in Technology Square at Georgia Tech., according to the restaurant’s website.
