The restaurant is a casual build-your-own concept with a three-step ordering process:

#1: Choose a base of mixed greens, brown rice, half and half, or flatbread wrap.
#2: Choose grilled chicken, grilled portabella, or fresh avocado.
#3: What’s your “gusto”?—bold flavor profiles created daily from the freshest ingredients.

“We’re grateful to celebrate a successful first year and can’t wait to bring gusto!’s fresh, flavorful, and fast menu to a new neighborhood,” said founder Nate Hybl. “Virginia-Highland is an exciting and growing part of town, and we’re looking forward to becoming part of the community next to the Beltline and Ponce City Market.”

Design features at gusto! on Ponce will include exposed brick, concrete floors, and “gusto! gold” yellow accents. The restaurant will offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Hours of operation will be seven days a week from 11am – 10pm.
